Spartan Training

Take part in a Spartan training class and learn training tips from one of our top Spartan SGX coaches, all of which will prepare you for race day.

Spartan Strong brings the authentic spirit of Spartan Race to group fitness to provide guidance and inspiration for all levels.

Spartan Strong challenges the body and mind, helping individuals conquer life’s everyday challenges. This variable intensity hour-long experience will push you and unleash your inner Spartan by increasing strength, endurance and mobility through a combination of bodyweight moves, dynamic stretching and cardio-focused drills.

This muddy roller coaster will have you in stitches as you slip and slide your way through. You’ll work as a team and make new friends as you climb up the slippery banks.

This Aussie original design is one of our racer’s favourite challenges, use the hand holds to climb up and over.

An obstacle classic, you’ll need a head for heights as you climb up and over our 5m A-frame net.

OLYMPUS

Work your way across Mount Olympus using holds, chains and holes. This one’s about balance, timing and focus.

LILY PADS

LILY PADS

The most fun you’ll have trying to cross a river, make sure you keep your balance as you run and jump your way across the floating pontoons.

Keep low as you make your way through, commando crawl or barrel roll, it’s up to you. Either way you’ll be getting muddy!

Climbing across these walls will have you going around the bend, literally! Pick your moves carefully and ring that bell!

Don’t try this at home! You have one throw to hit the target with a Spartan spear, don’t overthink, just go for it!

You will need to get across without touching the ground. Featuring rings, bars, and even balls, this will bring out the ninja in you!
