A HIIT, high calorie burning class that is all about increasing both Aerobic and Anaerobic capacity.
ELITE TRAINING focuses primarily on varied cardio intervals – inspired by functional movements that emphasize running, agility, speed, endurance, boxing, core and strength.
Every session will be uniquely challenging – you’ll use kettlebells/dumbbells, push sleds, flip tires – combined with bodyweight movements at high repetitions.
This class is perfect for any committed individual from beginners to advanced athletes, and is guaranteed to work up a sweat!
